Firstly, connect the positive and negative poles of the solar panel to the corresponding positive and negative poles of the solar input terminal of the charging controller; Then, connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery to the positive and negative terminals of the battery output terminal of the charging controller. Make sure the connection is secure and the polarity is correct to avoid malfunctions or damage to the equipment.
It is usually compatible with common types of batteries such as lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries. For solar panels, as long as their voltage and power are within the acceptable range of the charging controller, they can generally be matched for use.
It may cause the charging controller to malfunction, fail to achieve effective charging control, and even damage devices such as the charging controller or battery.
